The Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (GEP) is the official and only professional organization of all registered geodetic engineers in the country. It is recognized by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as well as the Philippine Technological Council (PTC). The GEP is divided into several regional divisions and chapters who are responsible for the professional growth of its members through series of trainings, seminars, conventions, and other relevant activities, as guided by the National GEP body.

The Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines, Inc – National Capital Region (GEP-NCR), founded in 1988, thirteen (13) years after the founding of the National GEP is the one governing the sixteen (16) highly-urbanized cities and one (1) municipality. The region has the most number of members among all the regional divisions and chapters.
